Hi, I've rented a car from Alamo, San Diego airport for the long weekend. I made my reservations online and I took a standard car. The customer service person changed by $88 more for 3 days just for giving me a 4Door car.

Since the rental car service is 3 miles away from the airport, I just felt helpless and had to take the car. The condition of the Malibu was very bad. The steering wheel was loose and the car would not be steady at 70MPH. It was a nightmare driving that car. I'm a regular customer of Alamo and this trip I've hated their service to the core.

Please don't take Alamo from San Diego airport. Service is bad and cars are useless.
