I have been called while taking a bath and during dinner just this week.  I do not actually answer, just see the caller and lift the receiver and end the call before anyone comes on the line if anyone actually does.
I do not want any more of these calls.

    There are a number of companies that routinely ignore the Do Not Call laws.  They frequently are involved in fraudulent telemarketing, so you probably don't want their calls anyway.

    If you have caller id, you can search on the phone number and probably find out who they are, or at least what they are up to, through sites like www.800notes.com
