    i was told i will get discount or free upgrade if i give 5/5 feedback. Made new booking last week i found out staff member Vikramjit has been lying just so he gets good customer service feedback.

    (old staff member) Vik always leaves 1 hour early atleast twice a week, gets paid full hours, no manager including area manger says anything. He's brining in the money so that's all they care about.

      The only thing that's keeping vikramjit in his job is his rpd. Thats why he does whatever to customer to get his money. If he is soo good why cant he train other staff ?

      Vikramjit grooms every new staff member for his own benefit. He doesn't want the truth to come out that's why he turns against staff who are not afraid to speak the truth about him.

    Glad i left this company. He knows the only thing that's keeping his job is his sales. He's [***] and everything else. That's why he force sells, make sure he gets the best shift to sell also checks he's got right support when he's on shift. He never works after 12.00 afternoon if he has to work in the weekend. Everybody bending over backwards for this [***] and he's still never happy. Last time he did friday late must of been in 2015. If he get's told to work the shifts like everybody else then he starts to complain and warns that he looking for another job something which he's been saying for years. The guy gets 30k a year and still complains. If he suppose to work 10 hours a day he will make sure he only does 9 hours and makes the same excuse that he's never had a break. He will allways pass the bad rentals to someone else or stand way from his desk to avoid bad rentals or go toilet or even car park.  The guy will never learn.

      It's simple Managers need to tell him to do lates in the weekend and friday. They should give him 28 days to comply if he refuses then he should be asked to leave the company.

    He's on paternity soon so he will try to get away with more things. For long time he has been leaving work early. Manager is aware but they fail to do anything. Attos is not being monitored by manager or even camera. This has also been going on when Lee was working at branch. Vik has extremely strong persuasive skills to the point management always back down. He believes as he allways has the highest RPD he can do what the hell he wants and managers are bowing down to him.

    His early  shifts should be 7am - 3pm but continues to finish at 2pm and managers say nothing. Wonder if he's clocking out ???. Due to health and safety he should not be skipping his break. He spends most of his time in the toilet or avoiding retail/ local customers so he should treat that as a break aswell.

    I pre-paid for a car few weeks and making complaint about this staff member. I'm not surprised there somany complaints about Vikramjit on the internet. He refuse to give me a car and think its because of my race. I told him i don't want anything extra but continue to make things difficult for me. Offered me the worst car then said i did not have enough paperwork when i have statement with me. I tried to make a complaint about him and blond lady at front desk told me that he had disciplinary from SIXT for bad customer service. Supervisor Vikramjit needs to be sacked.

    Warning all new staff members to be aware of Vikramjit Sandhu SIXT Supervisor. He has had a history of using new staff members for personal gain. He will pass all the bad rentals to you which he cant sell on while he plays with his phone.

    This guy is a con be warned.

    Lets see if Mr Vikramjit Sandhu works Christmas day with SIXT ?????????, or is it just another excuse can't do it. Also check if he got a problem with asian or black retail customers because he can't sell to them. He will turn them away for any reason if he can't sell to them. This guy is a [***], money grabbing ******
