you guys took money the wrong day and overdraw my account

last two weeks ibeen tryin to solve this matter it happened to me last week on the 19 tou guys took money from my account that inever approve and you guys overdraw my account from my bank so I don't want anybody to take money no more out my account never until iauthoricyit
please because italk to some bory last week before the 19 to make sure you don't take money and you took my money anyway um goimto pay little bya little sorry im have to go trougth this but pleaseeee!!!!!!!! don't take mone y out my checkimg unless I call you guys and aproveit ookeyyyyy thanks Teresa luna
