no custmer service at Rogers store

I was called and asked to upgrade my cell phone which I agreed to do ,I finally connected after 3 days with the ups delivery man and then I got the phone and I do not like it but I decided to try to get the Rogers store
employee to show me how to use it and I waited 30 min in store and left  there was only one person helping customers so I still have a phone I don't like and it is not working yet ! I would like to either rtn the phone for another simpler one or get help ! Let me konow what I can do ?
