Unauthorized charge on credit card

Charged twice in 2019, two separate months at $21.95.  I did not recognize the product or company and called to investigate.  Was told it was a membership for discount pricing.  As soon as I indicated I knew nothing about such a membership, the woman asked it I wanted it cancelled and a refund for the two months charged.  Waiting for it.
