The mattress has Indentions of 2 1/2 on both sides of the bed

We purchased the Spring Air Corsicana mattress on December 11, 2010. On 2/14/2011 we made a complaint to the JC Penney store and they have since sent us a "warranty packet). We are waiting for a response from the store.
