Aqua guard Magma - Heavy Noise coming while purification and suddenly machine stopped working

I had an impression that Eureka Forbes products are standard ones. Today i got installed aqua guard Magma and within 15 minutes of my operation heavy noise was coming from the machine while purification. and when half of the tank was full, machine stopped working. I switched off and on again, it started working with the noise and after 5 minutes machine stopped working. Can you please look into this? On this auspicious day of Diwali,  a bad product from Eureka forbes. It really weird and big time disappointment. I request you to kindly fix or replace my machine immediately.
