I am totally renovating my home and want to purchase many items. Direct Buy has not been able to come up with a single savings. I have the online membership and have not been able to get the products I want. The ones that are available are the same price range as other online vendors. The selection is extremely limited. With the delivery fee and sales tax I am actually paying more. The service is terrible. They open at noon, when I call I always get voicemail. Where's the beef. I would love to opt out or sue the socks off them.
