Removal of hungama and reversing the charges URGENT
Complaint
S. Devarajan
Country: India
The Concerned authority for Hungama activities
Sub: Removal of hungama from my account AND reversal of charges
Ref: Land line 2499 7078; A/c no 9032781327
I am surprised to find hungama charges in my telephone bills, which has not been sought by me.
I have been charged in the bill 502645531 / 6-3-2016 Rs 240.35
AND bill 509235338 / 6-4-2016 Rs 410.00
Total Rs 650.35
Kindly refund this amount and do not continue it in subsequent bills
In this connection I would like to draw my telecon with various persons of your department.
On 17th March with Ms Manjula, Sashi DGM PA
On 31sr March 2016 with DGM 24344300; No sure if I had spoken to Mr Thangappan
DGM South East.
From all my conversation I got the message that some one in my house might have responded to a telemarketing by BSNL.
My response to them was as follows.
1. I am a strict person and I have been having Madras telephone for almost 60 years and my first telephone number was 71811
2. None in my family will respond to those calls.
3. Even for argument sake, if somebody has done it, do you have a proof of it?
4. Even for argument sake, if somebody says orally will you act on it?
5. Why are you not acting for the instruction to cancell further charges and reversal of charges made earlier when given orally?
6. Why do you insist on a written communication to disconnect?
In the event if you have difficulty in considering my genuine request favourably, please let me know you higher authority since I want to take it to the highest level. I am nearing 93 years old and I want it to be settled as soon as possibe.
Thanks
