Microsim is not getting activated.

Hi,

I must say that in past 1.5 - 2 years, Airtel customer services have gone down real bad. No responses, or sense of responsibilities whenever I am calling Airtel customer care.

I am working with STMicroelectronics at Greater Noida location and Airtel representative is available on-premises. I wonder if you are offering your services to world level MNC, how can you be such ignorant in providing your best efforts ?

I requested for a micro sim for my existing same number (+91 8826600411) and guy (Praveen - 9650394567) provided me the sim after 4 days. He said this would be activated within 2 hours, eventually that did not happen. I called him up in the evening and he said this would be activated in the evening. Nothing happened!

I called up Airtel customer care and they provided me their "valuable" advise that I should visit Airtel outlet. I visited Airtel outlet next day and there I was told, contact the same person who gave me this sim card as they don't have rights to activate the sim.

What nonsense is this ? Is there at all any communication among you guys ?

No matter who I call in Airtel, there is absolutely no response and nobody knows what should be done!

I tried calling this Airte representative Praveen 100 times and he just does not pick up the call. What should I do in such case ? He has done this before as well. And, as a matter of fact, there are other people too from my organization who have the same complaints for him. They kept calling him and he does not respond at all and neither believes in returning the call.

What is the purpose of deploying such irresponsible executives at MNC premises ?

I have been using Airtel services from past 7-8 years and now I am thinking to switch to another service provider. Lot of people from my organization switched from Airtel to either Vodafone or Idea. This way you will keep losing customers!

I hope my issue will be addressed.
