Uneducated staff

i bought q tablet for my daughter tablet battery timing was very poor when i came to claim the warrany the manager said to me he can fix it on sameday in 600 rupees first i ask why i have to pay he said in company policy we didnt claim battery warrany on that time i didnt have money so i said i will be back after one day he said ok
when i came again to receive my tablet the staff said your tablet didnt fix yet i asked why?
where is your manager call him and ask
then suddenly staff misbehaving with me
kindly keep educated staff in your customer service center
your staff sitting there for customer service and they dont know how to treat customer
