NO REPAIRS MADE NOR APPLIANCE REPLACE

I have been trying to speak to someone for the past week about having my micro wave oven repaired or replace and to have my air condionder repaired. I have been place on hold and told that a supervisor will call be back but i have not gotten either one.  What is wrong wtih the people who work for you???  I am not happy with the service that i have not yet received. And will not recomend any one the this service ever.
