Unauthorized Transactions

I have Unauthorized Transactions that I have Tried too Contact Both Google Play Support and King.com in Reference to this and Between July and August  I Have a Total of $237.89 on Bank Statement that Both Company's Refuse too Respond too. My Google Account is Securely Set Up  With a Password and a 2 Step Verification passcode. To Avoid any Kind of Illegal Activity. Now In My Opinion, with My Account being Secure ; Why Will Neither Company Bother at all to Respond Back to Issue Thee Proper Refund.
I Do Believe That this is a Fraudulent Link, and Breach of Security Discription of a So Called Secure Account According to GOOGLE CONTRACT
