Send your dispute to your bank IN WRITING, certified return receipt requested, to the dispute address for your bank from your statement.
Dispute the charges as FRAUD, and include in your dispute the date you first notified them of the fraudulent charges. Request that the charges be reversed in accordance with FRB Reg. E due to fraud.
If you have any problems, file a complaint against your bank with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, at www.occ.gov

customer i.d.172519/conf-3287415 or 3487415 i spoke to two people this morning 1/5/10 time 11;37 a.m. est, the first person put me on hold for some eight minutes,the second person was very helpful however i did not agree to anyone going into my account witch is now or will be closed within the next five day's before money is put there my account is 1010202550211 under wachovia i dont need your company's service and did not ask for it . if it came up i said no but as the bank states this is a crime and i want a refund on my checking account so that the charge's overdraft fees can be drop , i also reported this to the federal goverment's consumer affair's office in washington ,d.c.

I also called them today and I ask them how did they get my information and she stated she got it through my IP Address. I think that this truly idenity theft. She also satated that she can obtain info through a third party and I am confused. I will be contacting my bank in the morning to see what is that I can do.

im trying to see what is 777discountclub is they took 19.62 out of my checking account on 01/14/10 i didnt even no what that was dont no who that is and how they even got money out of my account 777discount u need to put my money bank cause i didnt tell you to take moneys out of my account.i dont no who u are.but i called today they telling me they cant give me my money back you took it out put it back in or give me 19.63 in discount it say 777discountclub give me my money back

was it that 777discountclub.com that took money out of your account? cause they took 19.63 out of my account on 01/14/10 and i dont no how they got it i called today they gave me they wed they told me to go to www.777discountclub.com and put in this number sh52876491 to get my coupons for food but that was a lie so i dont no what to do i called my bank they said i have to get with them. but that company 777 dont want to give me my money back.they talking like i ask for this services.i dont want this company coupons i get free coupons in the mail.if they dont want to give me the money back they need to give me 19.63 in coupons

I just got a charge of 22.99 by this company and they said I signed up for service which I did not. I have no idea how they got hold of my info. i am going to my bank tomorrow to dispute this as fraud. Thoughts anyone???

I had the same problem with 777discountclub. My wife and I never heard of this company in our lives. They had my wife's name and email address and MY birthdate and MY checking account(NOT A JOINT ACCOUNT) and also had my IP address. How they managed that I have no idea. Virus? Hacked into? I filed a complaint with IC3 and also with The attorney General state of Arizona. 777discountclub apparently has an attorney Gary L. Crandell P.C. Denver, CO. who responded to the complaint I filed with the Arizona Attorney General. The letter from their attorney is a complete joke and phone record notes provided by 777discountclub were a complete fabrication of what was said on the phone. This Company should be fully investigated and shut down.

Yeah agreed its total bs it should be shut down they are such scammers i mean if where not being scammed, wtf do they think look how many complaints on this 777Discountclub they also took unauthorized funds from my checking account. I am pissed. FML lol

Took $49.99 out of my account. I threatened the with the Attroney General, The FTC and the BBB and they said the approved a refund. They said wait 3 to 4 days but I have not seen anything. So I called and then the said it takes 10 working days so I called today after 11 working days and they are telling me to wait 3 to 4 more days. Not sure what they are up to but on on to them like flies on Dog Poop. They don't play with me. This aun't the time to be yakin' peoples dollars.
