What ever happened to trust?

I can't stand shopping so on most occasions I'll scam my wife into going for me, when I do it for myself I will admit I have very little patience. Having said that, I don't know why every time you talk to a sales person at stores they have an agenda as to what to sell you despite what your actual needs are. I went to Bloom Cellular Communications and the sales person, in spite of what I wanted, kept pushing a complicated device that I wasn't interested in. I assume what he was trying to sell provided him a better commission and provided me nothing by way of customer service. You can't trust Bloom Cellular or any of these other stores because it's not customer service and sales is just rigged in my opinion.
