After Directv wire house for internet and tvservice alarm system was disconnect

Since I change my cable system to Directv and internet my alarm system was disconnect It  also took a month after install to get my internet up and running which I got a credit but to my suprise my alarm system is no longer connected. thisnhas been an ordeal when you work crazy hour and have to take aday to get thing going the way they should have been working once the tech leave your house,
