wrong number & will not remove...

I've been getting calls from 214-774-0631 & 214-774-0632 (these numbers are unlisted).  I did my research and found the source is http://www.drsinc.us/index.html I attempted to contact them to remove my phone number from their database that I have no outstanding debt and the person they are trying to reach is not here (ie had my number for 2 yrs).  I provided my first name but not my last...the lady told me she can not do anything unless I provided my last name, I told her she has the number and my first name that she did not need my last name.  She told me the calls will continue and there is nothing she can do until they verified residence and hung up on me.  What???  I've never heard of this before?  What other action can I take to get them to stop calling me?
