I would really appreciate if you remove my complaints regarding my former isp I.e Rogers wireless from the web. If you google my name---Estifanos Lakew---you will find it right on the web.

I am planning to leave your company!!!

My Name is Estifanos Lakew, My account no with rogers wireless is 571 3347 47 and my Blackberry wireless number is 416-686-3755.

I am supposed to do a payment of $262.00 by August 26 but my ODSP cheque will be coming in by august 30. Thus i would be able to do a payment of the said amount of $262.00 by going to Rogers Store on queen and Wineva.

Currently I am studying towards A Certified Manufacturing Engineer Exam(CMfgE)which administered by Society of Manufacturing Engineers. Thus i cannot afford an intereption of my interenet service even for a minute.

I have been a customer of rogers for more than a year.

Because of a difference of 4 days, due date( August 26) and My planned paying date( August 30), You people want to charge me a reconnection fee of $25.00 and i will punished without internet for 5 days.

Do I deserve these?????????????????????????????????


I thought your business Motto is " Customer comes First"

I have been a very angry customer lately!!!


one thing i want to tell rogers is  if you go ahead and suspended my service on august 26 instead of waiting till august 30.( My pay day)

I regert to tell you that i will be leaving your company for good!!!

    I use Pay as you Go service as i have to travel overseas in asia often on business trips. I called there customer service from canada and overseas and both times they were like uninterested and lacking customer care skills.
    This Boy's name was (MATHEW) Two times this happened to me that under some promotional text message add on, they decided to take out $5 a day without my consent. I found this out when $40 were missing from my account.
    I cannot wait for the Global telecom companies like Vodafone to come to canada. I will love to see these guys go bankrupt.

    Why would you ask for removal of a complaint from a year ago, at which time you actually switched to another company?

    And why have several requests appeared requesting removal of old complaints against various companies, all within the last week?
