Contract Cancellation

My daughter moved to the U.K. with 1 year remaining on her Iphone contract. She called Rogers to have it cancelled. She paid a large penalty  + a 1 month fee to end her account, that was in August, it`s now December and her bank account is still being debited ! Several phone calls have solved nothing. Even a representative from the president`s office called to try to resolve the issue. After 1 1/2 hours on the phone with him, he had the odasity to try to sell my wife a plan ! I`ve never heard her swear before but she told him to f***k off !
