Inconvenience and not responding in my purchase

I bought 2 items from the site. One was a combo pack of two hoodies and the other was a hoodie. They sent me the damaged pieces. I requested return. Then I got a voucher code. But it says that it should be used on that account. And at the time of ordering, I just gave my info, not account. Then i called again and he said me to send the reset password and then I'll be able to use the code. But i got nothing and now I'm trying for three days but no one responding.
