Failure to honor the monthly payment agreed on. Charging for their device changer that will not work without my changer. This company does not honor its commitments.
Takes away a number of channels which were part of my package. And gives nothing back in return. How can I leave this company and not have to pay them a thin dime. I ask for honor and respect and honesty.
