Non-Receipt of Large Fund Balance

As a start up business that has been doing well, I had one week of transactions using SquareUp.com to process credit card payments before realizing that I have not been paid and funds were not being released.  As their site indicated, all NON-SWIPED activity will be held for 30 days over $1k but they have been holding over $4k in SWIPED transactions; nothing is listed in their service agreements indicating that SWIPED funds will be held.  Their agreement indicates funds will be released within 36 hours.

Customer service is non-existint and emails are not responded to whatsoever.  

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE; I WILL BE CANCELLING MY SERVICE and forced to issue refunds back to all of my customers and having them re-pay via Intuit (which I have not had any issues with).

    There is another service similar to Square that will not hold your money. You can learn more about there services here: https://www.moblized.com/.

    I have been using Squareup for about 8 months with no issues, until February 2012.  Not sure if something funny is going on there.  They have stopped funding me in two of my businesses for no apparent reason and with no response via email or phone call.  Maybe they are just having a glitch with growth.  The lack of service is unacceptable.  I agree with DO NOT USE SquareUp.  I sure hope they make everyone whole, it was a great service.
