Bed Bugs

I was excited to buy my sofas and layed down on my couch fell asleep.  Just to be astonished and disgusted to find bed bugs within the crevices after being bitten numerous times.  I have complained to their company and they suggest that I might have a pest problem.  I just bought these sofas within two weeks and do not have NO PEST ISSUES PROBLEMS IN MY HOME.

I have seen numerous claims on Bob's Furniture.
