I was called by a foreign speaking man 👨 said I would get 11,580.00. Because I haven't filed bankruptcy, and I have no felonies, so that's why I was eligible... I gave him my information and the number he called from was 000000000 he said that's because the list is on computer 💻..  He gave me a name Kelly Brown  (206) 486-9951... It's been busy and when I do get through they say check the number and call again... Please help who do I contact about this???

    They're overseas..
    so there's not much any authorities will do about them.  You could do the following:
    1)  (206) 486-9951 is a real number, so see if you can track down the telecom.  Maybe your phone company can help.  Contact the telecom directly to report that account being used for fake "government grant" scams.
    2)  Tell your friends, family, and coworkers.  The more people who know, the less likely anyone will fall for it.
    3)  Encourage a local station to do a story on these scams.

    I had a call that said he was from wahington grant department and I was able to get 1580.00 have me a code and this number to call 2064869951 said it would be in my bank in 3 to 4 hours and I was to that number as soon as we hang up I tried 28th a one in front of it and 28th out the one didn't work is it a scam or what please let me know

      It's a scam.  They want you to western union a cash payment of $250.
