deactivated account and its been 180 over and they have not released my funds as of yet

deactivated account and its been 180 over and they have not released my funds as of yet they closed my account in september 15th and when i tried to call them they said i was not allowed to call them i had to email them and since then i got one email stated that funds would be released dec14th and and still no funds have been deposited. i email them twice  1st email was a date funds would be released and the 2nd email was a response to an email i sent them asking them how my funds would be paid and they stated by deposit. and the date passed and still no deposit as of yet.  can some one help us and i saw that someone stated to file a police report against them how would i go about that i mean what would i say it is? robbery? please if anyone has any info please feel free to contact us     305 494 0424    954 699 5625
