Scam !

So I ordered their shampoo just to try and figure out if that will work for me. I did my research on the internet and found multiple reviews with controversial statements. I told myself- I well try it once,so i will know what and how it works ( or not). After a month of receiving a product, i noticed a charge on my bank account. I was really furious- I never sign up for any products with reoccurring shipments etc . After a call to Chaz Dean customer service- I was told that it is CLEAR that customers sign up for recurring shipments. In this case i must be blind  !! I did not see it ,or it was written with such a small letters... Of course I must be mad on myself,but on the top,the customer service told me that they WILL be charging me one more time, and ONLY after 1,5 month after that charge they will give me full refund... what ????? what kind of BS is that ??
in the end- do not get fooled by their sales technology. As for a product- it is nothing spectacular. I am switching back to my favorite shampoo and a mask ( keep 30 min)- it comes with a better results.
