Charged for at&t internet i never had, billed and went to sunrise collection

Hello, this is so bad.Directv and a.AT&T mergeded together,I inquired about internet since.they merged together.Been a customer since 2013.(Directv). I was told everything is ok.Installation person was suppose to come next morning.Never showed.NEVER never receive any internet what so ever!! NOW billed over 150.00 went to collections. Putting them on channel 10 sacramento.They will pay!!!
