I have requested for my membership cancellation on September 2nd but was told by the front desk that they need to talk to their customer service and told us that the billing cycle is already started. Next day , I was there at their facility again, this time they cancelled the membership but they said I need to pay the September and October membership fee even though their policy says they require 30 days notice. I have called the front desk to clarify and get their cancellation policy in writing but I was transferred to the empty voice mail.
