Insta-flex debit from my account twice - never deliver merchandise-ov/draft fees

Instaflex debit from my account $4.99 for trial size joint relief - I never received the medicine - roughly 3wks. later 11/20/12 - they debit my account for $74.98 - I've had no communication with them - other than the night I placed my order - they caused my account to go into "overdraft status" - I have a major bill coming up the 23rd of Nov. - and not enough money there to meet my bill - needless to say I am not at all a happy person - there are extra fees that they will have to pay - This company didn't have the common courtesy to call and ask if I was pleased with the results - no paperwork was receive to either cancel or continue with this product - I got the phone number from the bank - after informing me of the "overdraft" -  my order #3023215858116
