Deactivation of easy search service

From the past few weeks, everyday 30 rs are getting deducted from my mob. balance in the name of "easy search" service. My airtel mobile no. is 9945651392. I have called airtel customer care many times for the deactivation of the same but no help and still the amount is getting deducted. CC people asked me to dial *321*565# to stop this service. I did so but that also doesn't work. Its my humble request to look into the matter ASAP and deactivate the "easy search" service from my number. Thanks Bilques Fatima
