THEY HAVE CALLED ME ABOUT 3 TO 4 TIMES A DAY.  THEY SAY IT IS FOR A GOVT GRANT, UT I HAVE TO GIVE THEM MY BANK DEBIT CARD NUMBER TO PAY FOR SHIPPING AND HANDLING.  THEY WILL NOT STOP CALLING.

    The government doesn't call you up to give away money.  They don't ask for your debit card or bank account number either.

    These people are running a scam, probably claiming to sell some "government grant" software.  This type of scam usually results in later charges beyond the "shipping and handling", which is just an excuse to get your account information.  

    They are so inept that most complaints against them are that they repeatedly call (using autodialers), including calling people on the Do Not Call list, but no one comes on the line.

    Put your number on the Do Not Call list, and file FTC complaints whenever anyone violates it.
