Customer service! 10% restocking fee! No address for returns!

I shop online quite a bit and am familiar with common practices. Unfortunately I did not look closely enough at this company before I ordered. The customer service they provide is horribly lacking and very frustrating.
If I had known they charge at least a 10% restocking fee on any return, I would never have ordered from them. Obviously they do not realize how much business they lose by devaluing their customers.
I just spent over an hour trying to figure out where to send my return and I still don't know. I misplaced the original packing slip, but it says online that the email confirmation can be used instead. However, there is NO address indicated on the email or on their site for returns. It DOES say not to return to the wrong address or it will not be processed and you will be charged a $10 fee.
I called the "customer service" number and they were closed. Then I called the order line, but they could not find an address either and the woman said not to send it to the company address. Then I looked online and found MANY complaints similar to mine.
I've decided not to bother returning the shower curtain (which is the wrong color and poor quality). By the time I pay shipping and restocking fees it's not worth any more time or aggravation. However, I will take the time to post this complaint in as many places as possible in the hope that I can save someone else the stress of lost time, money and mental health!
