They keep sending magazines and I keep sending them back. I state that I haven't ordered and they still keep sending them. It is so frustrating. I got a new debit card and they got that number too. Who is this company and how do you stop it? This is the second time they have tried to debit my checking account.

    Treat it as the fraud it is..
    Immediately contact your bank to dispute the charges as FRAUDULENT, and have your bank block the card number.  Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.

    Watch your statements closely after you get a new card, because these scams typically code the charges as "recurring", and some banks "helpfully" roll recurring charges over to replacement cards.  That's why you want your WRITTEN FRAUD dispute on file with your bank, mailed to them CERTIFIED.  Keep copies of all disputes and correspondence.
    If you have further problems, contact your state Attorney General for assistance, and provide copies of your disputes and fraud affidavits.
