made my home a vinyl eyesore with screwing cable wire onto the house in a unapproiate place. almost

After telling my renter to make sure they ran the cable at the bottom of the viyl, I drive ove to ck it out and they ran the cable wire and screwed it onto the vinyl about 3 ft up on the vinyl right under picture window. It is a eyesore and now I am getting the run around. Who is training these guys , commoon sense is not being used. Yes, I'm pissed.
