I did not authorize a charge on 10/06/16 at 20:09 for $29.99. I deleted the game that I had been playing the previous day.  The last purchase I made was an online book for $8.73. I want my damn money back.

    If you didn't authorize it..
    Immediately contact your bank to dispute the charge as fraudulent, and have them block your card number or shut down your account to prevent further charges.  Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.
