recliner broke

after owning the 1400.00 chair for five weeks the one side of the recliner was drooping. After further investigation I found some random parts under the chair. A plastic brace came off and it seems to be held on by a bolt with a plastic nut. ( WTF)  What a cheep piece of crap part on a chair the should last years. I called the service center in Ontario California and instead of  scheduling a service call they said they were going to send parts to my house. The service people do not carry parts. Waiting almost two weeks the parts came. Without a bolt the does not have a plastic nut. That is the reason the chair broke to begin with. Called the service center ant the first appointment is in two weeks. Said the service guy would call me to give me a time 24 hours before they come out. What a joke. You think Lazy boy in quality, I don't think so
