SCAMMERS BEWARE! We fell for nice and relatively cheap sofas they offer on their websites, placed an order in November 2012, confirmed max delivery time was 10 weeks. Sales representative kept coming back with different type of excuses, which should have really opened our eyes, but because we searched for ages before finding the sofa that both of us (me and my husband) liked, not in a hurry we were being patient. We were offered partial discount if we were to keep the order (February), as on tight budget we agreed to it - every penny counts - and waited a while longer. However, time went by and we received neither sofa nor refund. Finally, our patience ran out in April 2013 and order has been cancelled on 12th. They said refund would be processed asap, but could take up to 30 days as per their terms and conditions. We've tried to contact them on several occasions since, but have received no response and needless to say no money back. It is 20th May 2013 today. Do I need to say more? Beware! Don't get lured by their website. It's been absolute waste of time and money (hopefully, we will see our money (so we can buy a sofa in the end) as trying to sort out through credit company now. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE (NOT EVEN AN ENEMY) - YOU WON'T EVER RECEIVE GOODS YOU ORDERED! Consider paying slightly more to a reputable seller to avoid such a nightmare experience as ours no doubt is!!!!!

We strive to resolve any situation at the earliest possible convenience but accept that some customers due to the internal issues we have had may have been left unhappy. We understand as a company it is ultimately our responsibility to resolve the supply issues we have had but guarantee delivery of every order placed. No company can operate with a 100% customer service record or order fulfillment record and for the percentage of unhappy customers in the last 18 months which is under 1% although which could be better is also not that high in comparison to other companies.
As we do not know who this customer is we can not confirm this matter is now resolved? but if you would like to contact us with your details we would be more than happy to put this matter to rest. Any new customers concerned about this review please do not hesitate to contact us.
