I have been with Cricket Wireless for over a year. My phone was turned off due to non-payment and when I went to South Park Plaza, 2235 SW Military Drive San Antonio location to make my payment, my phone was turned on. A couple of days later cricket sent me a text saying I owed two months of service, When I called cricket (611) to find out what happened they said my payment did not post, yet my phone was re activated. I spent almost nine days trying to get this resolved, and they simply refused to resolve the matter saying that I simply had to pay for the past month and the next month. I have the receipt, but they said that the payment location was the only one that could fix this, but I live in Houston. They were rude saying that if I could not come to San Antonio and produce the receipt they could not do anything. I told them that if they were not willing to fix the problem I would simply switch over to another provider and they did not care. I've been a customer of theirs for over a year and they lost me for $30. What a stupid company. I spoke with supervisors, and payment research specialists and nothing. I simply went with another provider. Don't trust them, even a receipt does nothing for them. Choose another provider is my suggestion.
