Leather is sticky and cannot clean

My leather sectional has become more and more sticky! I have tried conditioners and leather cleaners ! My set was manufactured in 2006 and the company isn’t helpful at all ! Anyone know of a company in Michigan that I can take this too and have them fix it ?
