Another account has my card details regestered with there account n is making a unauthorized purchases from my bank support is not helpful in any manner and will not fix my issue

Dispute it through your bank..
Immediately contact your bank to dispute the charges, and have them block your card number or shut down your account to prevent further charge. Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.
