Not recieving my admission number and welcome kit

hi,

this is swetha.I have sent my application to Pune on 6th of july.Then after i got a mail on 21st july that my admission is confirmed and got the admission number in that.But what is the problem is i haven't got the confirmaton letter and the welcome kit.and till now i haven't paid my first installment.So please guide that should i pay my installment now itself or after i get my welcome kit.

    I have dispatched my application form No. 50020 to your offic for(PGDBA) as on 9th July 2008, alongwith registration Fee in the form of DD. However, I have not yet received any welcome kit from your side.

    Please take appriciate action pertaining to the same.

    We are even casued a lot of inconvenience since the telephone lines are not answered at your end.

    Respected sir,
    I have despatched my application form on 4th july with all required documents for admission and i recieved my books for 1st semister on 28th july but not the registration no nor the admission letter and id card till today. please take appriciate action pertaining to the same.
