Charged for services I never used - reimburse my deducted amount

I never subscribed any Live-Music,Mobile Radio,VAS Pack,or Demand services but it deducted Rs.30/-every month frequently from last 7 to 8 months from my mobile balance A/C. I have complained many times to customer care but not to renew it, I got only 2 time refund but rest months amount not get refund yet.

Now I am helpless and feel cheated because I have not downloaded anything moreover I even did not use any of the service but nobody is ready to listen or accept anything.

I kindly requesting you deactivate it as soon as possible

    similar thing happened to me. as i used airtel live only 2 or r times, after confirming airtel representatives for that to be free.
    Still They charged me for over 500 rupees for music download and much more...

    I asked them to disconnect, and confirmed that I wont be paying that wrong amount, but after 2-3 months now they are asking that amount again...
