Can't access my log in id or password

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I have enrolled for MBA course and just got my admission letter, Login ID and password.  Bt when i m entering my id and password on Student Centre Login option, its showing wrong login ID.

I want to give my exams but I cannot get my examination form becuase of this problem.Kindly help me out as soon as possible
