I see we are not the only one to have issues with A & E. They were scheduled to come out today, July 21, 2011. I wish we would have read all these complaints. Because everything they are saying is what happened to us. Companies need to stop using A & E Factory service NOW!!! We asked them to call before coming. Are repair time was 8-noon. My husband called them at 12:05, and they didn't know what was going and was supposed to call back. He called back at 1:30 and was told they called at 8:15 am and there was no answer. Which they didn't call. So they went on to the next service call. I called and they told me he was there and he left a note, guess what there was no note. I called the service we originally scheduled with, they called A & E and A&E told them that we called and cancelled because we bought a new washing machine.

A&E has proven useless; the first repairman who came out basically unplugged the washer and plugged it back in and declared it repaired. It's been downhill from there. 3 repair visits, main parts replaced, the washer still doesn't work, and NO ONE knows when it may be fixed or replaced. A&E claims there have been only 2 visits for the particular problem, which is NOT true, further delaying resolution.
NOBODY is responsible. Based on what I've been hearing, ensuring every customer is disrespected and dissatisfied is simply their policy.

• Refusal to take responsibility for customer dissatisfaction
