I have been receiving an average of three calls per week (sometimes more)from Rachel at Cardholders Services on my cell phone.  I get occasional calls on my home land line.  I would estimate I get in excess of 150 calls per year.  The FCC has stopped enforcement of do not call violations.  While you can still file complaints on line and by mail they have ceased enforcement efforts.  They don't even respond to complaints any longer.  Very frustrating

We used to get about 3-6 calls a day from Allied which is a lot like Cardholder. Bill collectors for stuff you do not owe. They only stopped calling after we sued them. They settled within 30 for a cash settlement with us.! Best part they never called again!

I am sick and tired of answering my phone to "Rachel" tell this is my last opportunity to lower my credit card rate.  I have no credit card debt and if I did I would not do business with a business I knew nothing about.  I have tried pressing "3" to be removed from the calling list and "1" to speak with a friendly rep, who hangs up when you tell them you are not interested but want my number removed from the calling list.  Any suggestions how to stop Rachel?

I, too, continue to get phone calls from "Rachel - Cardholder Services" AND have repeatedly pressed 3 to be removed from their list OR pressed 1 to talk to a rep and as soon as I start to complain, they hang up!  How do I get this to stop!  There must be something that can be done!  If anyone knows, please spread the word!  Sounds like there are a lot of people who are getting sick and tired of this constant aggravation!

I too receive at least 3 - 4 calls a week from Rachel at Cardholder Services and I too get hung up on when I tell them I want my number removed. Has anyone figured out what can be done to stop these annoying calls?

You can't stop them. They "spoof" the numbers so your caller ID gets the false info. Even if you attempt to block the number, there's a good chance they'll call you again using a different number. Only way I found to reduce (and unfortunately not totally stop) these calls is to screen all calls and never answer the calls that I don't recognize. Won't stop them but maybe lessen the frequency of calls. Some tech savvy people need to invent something to block these calls. Would definately make them instant millionaires.

I have telephoned the Better Business Bureau, but of course there is nothing they can do.  They mentioned a local "Card Holder Services" however there seems to be no address.  Has anyone ever requested their help?  I have pressed the button to discontinue further notices to no avail.  And I have pressed to talk with a representative from that company, but when I asked for his name he hung up on me, and the next time that same man called, I asked to speak with a supervisor and he hung up again!
