Charged for a new shipment I never ordered

This place sent out 2 products for a cheap shipping price, at no time did I know I was on auto ship, my order came and there wasn't an invoice in the box. When I saw they took $89.92 from my account I called and they said they didn't get a call cancelling so I'm now charged for those 2 products full price. When I called to cancel I got Vietnamese non English hard to understand a word and was told I missed returning the products within 14 days and it's just been 2 weeks that I've had them, I called back and got someone else that is as ignorant as the first person and I said ongoing to my bank and I'm going on your website and tell everyone your sneaky crooks and then she tried to say shed credit back $59.95 and I said I'm not paying $30.00 for crap that don't work and she said then she'd cancel all shipments but I must return the unused 2 products and my refund could take a week. Crooks with a capital C!
