This guy called our dental office and asked to verify information with our front desk regarding our information in the yellow pages and after she verified the information they asked if she was authorized to do this and she said yes. Then they asked if she wanted the info faxed or mailed and she said fax. Then they called back and told us that we owed 676.80 for the premium business package and when I told them that we had not signed up for this he continued to tell me that this would be fowarded to a collection agency. They are using an address of Public Yellow Pages 405 Lexington Avenue Chrysler Building, 26th Floor New York, NY 10174

I spoke with Richard Blair today after receiving a fax stating that we owed over $900 because of interest etc on past due invoice from 1/1/2013. After a bunch of calls and going through our records I found the letter of closure from Alexander Vanloo stating that our company would be removed from all contact lists and the account was paid in full because we did pay them the initial $599 back in April of 2011.
I was told the bill would be reduced to $700 if I paid it right away. I told him I wanted to find my filed invoice. Back and forth etc until I found letter of closure.
Total scam artists. DO NOT take calls from them and if you get anything in the mail from Public Yellow Pages do be sure to open it and make sure what looks like spam mail is not in fact an invoice.
I am filing a complaint with Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. I encourage everyone to file complaints against these folks.
