membershiop cancellation

When I went to la fitess to renew my bally's lifetime fitness membership for the year which was prepaid they would not honor it and cancelled my membership.  I was told to call corporate la fitness and they put me on indefinite hold.  La fitness then told me to call bally's fotal fitness and theree was no answer as I was put on indefinite hold.  It is a very sad situation for me as I have been a loyal customer for 25 years
