Never Received the Platinum Ring

Ordered my ring on 7/6/2008.  Checked back on 7/17/2008 and they claimed there was a dispute between their shipping department and FedEx.  Did not want to give me the tracking number but said they needed to make another ring.   Why make another one unless it was never made?  I cancelled the order.  By 7/23/2008, I still did not get my refund.  They said that the refund was placed on 7/16/2008 but I told them that I never called on 7/16/2008.  The guy then changed his tone and said the refund was actually made on the 7/17/2008.  So there you go, caught them lying about the refund as well.  Only way to get my money is to dispute this with my credit card company.

I advise anyone not to purchase anything from this company.   Checkout their reputation on Better Business Bureau Online.

    Greg ordered and canceled his ring 2 times then expected his funds back within the same day like refunds from any other legitimate etailer it takes one week to reflect back on to your account!

    Unbelievable.  How do you explain not ever sending my ring nor never giving me a call that there was a problem with the order?  If the ring was shipped, why was there not a tracking number?  The lies your company has to come up with in order to save your reputation.

    Why would you say that the owner is one of the sweetest guys in the world? Nearly every post that is positive about Skyfacet mentions how amazing the owner is! That's very strange. Guess what though, he's not amazing. Do not believe anything good you read about this company.
